Nashville Auto Diesel College (Reviews)
Nashville Auto Diesel College (NADC) enjoys a reputation as the premiere training center for automotive technicians in the United States. Established in 1919 as a school for automotive mechanics, NADC added a diesel engine program in 1935 and a collision repair program in 1946.
NADC is a competitive 2-year program offering an Associates of Applied Science Degree and exceptional career placement opportunities. All NADC instructors are ASE Certified with many years of experience in the field. The programs at NADC provide classroom instruction and hands-on experience in each of the four training programs: Auto Technician; Collision Repair and Auto Body; Diesel; and High Performance.
NADC has only one campus, situated on the east side of Nashville, Tennessee. They do not offer online courses, because the emphasis at NADC is on practical experience requiring hands-on training. NADC is a for-profit institution and is part of the Lincoln Educational Services network.
On its campus, NADC offers limited dormitory space, but plentiful off-campus apartment options. The school has a full-service cafeteria serving 19 meals a week. Financial aid and a variety of financing options are available to students. Those seeking vocational education in a high-paying and in-demand field are great candidates for NADC.
